Wow, time really does fly - I had no idea! I've been so busy with the holidays I haven't had time to write and tell everyone what I've been doing.

Thanksgiving was fun. I dressed up as an Indian for our Thanksgiving feast at school. The other 4 year old class was the Pilgrims. I like the idea of Thanksgiving more than I actually like to eat turkey and all the other things. We had 15 people over to our house for dinner and then another family joined us for desert. It was quite a party.

Then it was time to get serious about being good for Santa. I must have done a pretty good job because Santa did bring some presents. But before that I was a Little Angel in our church's Christmas pageant. Our little choir sang a couple of songs. Mommy and Daddy said they were proud of me because I sang so loudly. Then Mommy, Marie and I met Daddy for lunch so we could all see Santa together. I made a book for Santa so he would know what to bring me. He was very good about looking at all the pictures and talking to me. Marie didn't like him. When Daddy put her in Santa's lap with me, she just screamed. Silly girl...she'll learn.

On Christmas Eve the Little Angels sang in the church service. Then I was a shepherd in the nativity scene. I got a litle bored standing up there so I used the shepherd's crook as a machine gun and pretended to shoot everybody in the congregation. I was having fun, but one of the ministers told me I had to stop.

Christmas was so fun! I had lots of presents to open and new toys to play with. Then both of my grandparents were here for dinner so I had lots of people to entertain me.

One thing I was very worried about on Christmas Eve was how to get a birthday card to Jesus. But don't fret - I have figured it out. I am going to find someone who is about to die and give it to them. Then when they get to heaven, they can give it to Jesus for me. Doesn't that sound like a good plan? I thought of it all by myself.

Bye and Happy New Year!

Well Uncle Brad finally got my website fixed. It only took him 9 months. I'll try and catch everyone up quickly. I am now 4 1/2. I love Legos, riding my bike (which I learned to do without training wheels last summer) and playing in my backyard. Marie, my little sister in case you have forgotten, is now 13 months old. She's been walking since she was 11 months and is into everything. The only things she really loves is Mommy's purse and cell phone.

I have 2 cousins now. Uncle Brad and Aunt Jen had twin girls, Alexandra and Avery, on July 18. They don't do much yet, but I like having cousins.

Last summer I spent lots of time at the pool. I'm a pretty good swimmer now and love jumping off the diving board. Marie likes the water too but she doesn't know how to swim.

This fall I played soccer for the first time. I scored a goal in my first game!!! I scored a total of 3 goals during the season. After our last game we got a trophy! I have mine on a book shelf and I make sure it stays clean and out of Marie's mouth.

We just went on vacation to Edisto Island in South Carolina. I met a new friend there who was also on vacation. We went trick or treating together, I was Bob the Builder again this year. I had a great time building sand castles on the beach and looking for sea shells. Marie liked it too, but she kept putting sand in her mouth. Yuck.

Before I sign off, I thought I would offer a though provoking question for everyone. I asked Mommy and Daddy this question last week. If a Superhero is going poo-poo and gets a call, does he wipe his bum, or just race off? Just wondering.

Bye for now!

Hi Everybody! Yes, it's been awhile since the last post. Seems Mum and Daddy-O have had some "technical difficulties" with servers (my favorite ones are at the Mexican restaurant!). Anyhow, this is just a test... If it works, then expect more updates asap. Go Alonzo!

This is a test to see if I can upload a blog to the website.

This should have been on my bog but somehow got deleted. Who knows?

Happy New Year to everyone! I had such a fun Christmas and holiday season. I hope you did too. We went to church on Christmas Eve (my Mimi and Grandaddy were here and Unlce Brad and Aunt Jen). I was so happy Christmas was the next day, I told the man sitting next to me that I only had 1 more day to be good! Whew! Santa brought me a big boy bike and a racetrack. I'm very good at riding my bike but I do get tired going up hills. I loved opening up all my presents and I got to open up Marie's too. What fun!

Mommy says I have been drivng her crazy with my imagination. But I don't know what she is talking about. Last Friday my friend, Quinn, was over to play. We decided we were going to on a boat trip to Africa. So Quinn sat in the "boat" while I got al the food supplies. Mom went a little nuts when she saw me hand Quinn the big jug of orange juice. We also had the strawberries, tomatoes, yogurt drinks and butter in the boat. Apparently Mommy should have been paying closer attention to what we were doing instead of trying to pay the bills.

We didn't have any school today because it was parent/teacher conference day. My teacher said I am smart and very nice boy. I could have told them that. Then we went to the new Georgia Aquarium. It is very cool. I saw lots of "Nemo" fish. Mom really likes the beluga whales while Dad likes the tropical reef tank. Marie slept through most of it.

Speaking of my sister, she is doing fine. Mommy says she is fat and happy. She still doesn't do much but she is smiling a lot now. She will be 4 months old on January 30.
Bye!

Hi everyone, hope your holiday season has been going well. We had one heck of an evening this week. See, daddy-o just got home from work when our neighbor called to say she had three pigs in her backyard! Normally she has only a doggie named Bud. So since I love bacon some much, Daddy an I raced over to see the hawgs!

Three! What a hoot. Seems my neighbor's daughter, Katie, keeps lots of rice in her play box. And pigs like rice; so, that's why the hogs visited Katie house (but of course they first had to escape from their pen in a nearby "farm").

Anyhow, eventually the swine left Katie's house to maraud through a number of other neighbor's garages! Pops had to get some rope and drag each hog to a dog pen! Yeah Dad (the "pig-whisperer"). Well, it's nite-nite time and I've got to be good cause Mommy says Santa is watching my every move (drat!).

Mommy has been busy with Marie so she hasn't been able to write much. Everything is going well, I really like being a big brother except when Marie cries or if I want to be loud and Marie is sleeping. I had lots of fun at Halloween, I dressed up as Bob the Builder and went Trick or Treating with my friends Noah and Ari. They just moved in 3 houses down from me. It's fun to have friends close by except that every day I ask Mom if we can go see them and she doesn't always let me.

We have been learning about Thanksgiving at school so I know all about the Pilgrims and Indians. I'm very excited to eat turkey this year. And I know Christmas comes next. I have been very busy making my Santa list. Today we went to the bike store so we know what size bike to tell Santa to bring me. I really want a bike for Christmas so hopefully the message will get to Santa.

The pictures are from Halloween and me shopping in the toy catalog that came. I didn't realize I needed so many toys!!!
