It's so hot!!!! And it still hasn't stopped raining every day. We had a fun weekend because it was the 4th of July. On Saturday my friend Kate came over with her parents. She's really cute and she liked my trucks. She just turned 1 so last Thrusday we were over at her house for her birthday. Mommy got mad because I opened the present we gave her. She wasn't opening it and I wanted to see the books we gave her.
Sunday was the 4th of July and we went over to my friend Cole's house. We had so much fun! There were 4 of us boys (all 2 years old) and 1 boy had a little sister. All the grown ups were drinking wine and trying to keep us from either spilling stuff or killing each other. I think they did most of the spilling with wine. I was so tired when we got home I didn't even have a bath!
Yesterday we watched a parade! It had lots of cool cars and trucks in it plus some really cute cheerleaders. They threw candy to me. Roxie came to the parade with us and she got lots of attention too. After my nap we went to a swimming pool that was so much fun. I had a great time jumping in the water. I'm even getting used to water splashing on my face. Mommy and Daddy said I can't jump off the diving board until I can blow bubbles and swim. We'll see. Bye!
